Elizabeth began her paralegal career in 2018 and has been a member of the MP Law team since its inception. Elizabeth provides invaluable paralegal support to all the attorneys at MP Law in addition to running the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office. Her experience includes research, corporate formations, dissolutions, equity investments and mergers and acquisitions, and Elizabeth coordinates document management and closing logistics on most transactions. Before joining MP Law, Elizabeth worked at Spaulding McCullough & Tansil LLP in their Business Department, where she successfully assisted multiple attorneys with corporate work and trust and estates.
