He counsels clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, including diligence, structuring, and the negotiation of definitive and ancillary agreements. He also advises on general corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Jahi brings experience at the intersection of transactional and regulatory matters, including data privacy considerations in complex transactions. Prior to joining MP Law, Jahi was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
